Central contact person for the entire employee lifecycle (personnel master data, social security issues, contract creation, agreements, employee support, etc.)
Coordinating and accompanying recruitment and exit processes in collaboration with line managers
Support in payroll administration
Support for the HR management in organizational and administrative personnel tasks
Partial responsibility in the area of apprentices and interns as well as vocational and practical trainers
Deputizing for team colleagues during absences
Your profile
Solid commercial background with further training in human resources
Several years of professional experience in personnel and ideally in payroll administration
High personal responsibility as well as precise and exemplary working methods combined with a hands-on mentality, motivation, and passion
Flexible, team-oriented, and reliable personality with a sense of humor
