• Reception and admission of patients
• Planning and organisation - including preparation and follow-up of outpatient consultations and master data maintenance in SAP
• Support of the chief physician and management team in appointment coordination
• Support of the chief physician in administrative tasks in the teaching and research context
• Organisation, coordination and preparation of meetings, sessions and events as well as, if necessary, minute-taking
• Answering calls, forwarding conversations to the responsible departments and providing information
• Duty and deployment planning

• Completed commercial training, medical secretary or hospital secretary or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable role in healthcare
• Very good IT user skills in MS Office (SAP advantageous)
• Strong service orientation, precise and structured working style as well as very good organisational skills
• Confident German language skills; foreign languages (French, English, Italian) advantageous
