What to expect

• Responsible for the company’s operational processes as well as the plant & machinery park
• Ensuring occupational safety in the technical department, plant park and infrastructure
• Participation in the preparation of 1 and 3-year planning
• Planning and implementation of investment projects
• Achievement of annual targets
• Initiating and implementing process optimisations and efficiency improvements
• Management of the Head of Maintenance with 12 subordinates
• Monitoring work results regarding target achievement, personnel planning and cost efficiency
• Maintenance, new procurement and disposal of production facilities and infrastructure
• Quality monitoring of the plant & machinery park
• Participation in certification audits
• Ensuring fire protection regulations at the site

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent and several years of professional experience in plant/machine construction as well as personnel management
• High level of leadership competence, initiative, commitment and resilience
• Ability to initiate and drive change
• Concrete, binding and goal-oriented communication and willingness to take responsibility
