Introduction

At the Werd Children's House, around 56 children aged two months to kindergarten entry are professionally cared for and supported by well-trained specialists. We enter into an educational partnership with parents and guardians to jointly focus on the well-being of the child, promote their social learning, and accompany and support their development.

Childcare Specialist EFZ 100 %

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will care for and support the daily routine of the baby group (2 months to 18 months) together with the group leader. You will create an engaging and loving daily routine for the children, assist in planning and implementing educational offerings, and ensure the care and cleanliness of the group room. Additionally, you will support and promote the trainees and interns, independently implement projects, and represent the group management in all matters during absences and at off-peak times.

What We Expect from You

For this varied and demanding task, you have completed training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ and ideally have several years of professional experience. We are looking for an empathetic, responsible, and flexible personality who stands out for their creativity and commitment. You act according to educational principles and are exceptionally team-oriented and resilient. Additionally, you have an excellent reputation (criminal record and special private extract required).
