About the job
For our Volg in Rickenbach LU, we are looking for an engaged and customer-oriented individual to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you share responsibility for a smooth operation in daily sales. Your tasks range from stock management to baking and customer service – including the till and post agency. You pitch in wherever needed – close to the customers, right in the middle of the action.The workload is 50% on an hourly wage basis, with the willingness to cover additional shifts during holiday absences. You will work in shifts between 05:00 and 19:30.

- Responsible for shift management
- Handling orders
- Operating the till and post agency
- Ensuring the specified product range
- Presentation and management of goods according to concept
- Preparation and baking of bakery products
- Maintenance of the sales area
This is the profile we look forward to
- Completed basic training in retail or comparable professional experience in sales
- Solid knowledge in the food sector
- Open, reliable and team-oriented personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
