The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, everyday goods and energy.The LANDI Bucheggberg-Landshut cooperative operates in the areas of retail, agriculture, gastronomy and energy business. At the locations Bätterkinden, Lohn-Ammannsegg, Utzenstorf and Fraubrunnen, LANDI Bucheggberg-Landshut is present on the market as a regional company with around 90 employees, with LANDI shops, Shop & Bistro, agricultural centre, drying facility, grain collection points, petrol stations and a take-away restaurant.

These tasks will inspire you
- You advise our customers in a friendly, competent and heartfelt manner – both in the shop and by phone
- You create an attractive shop appearance and ensure an inviting product presentation
- You actively sell our products and operate the cash register reliably and accurately
- You manage the assortment, handle orders and take care of the goods flow from goods receipt to inventory
- You take on tasks in logistics, including processing our online orders
- You assist with maintenance work around the petrol station, buildings and operational facilities
- You pay attention to safety, order and cleanliness – because a well-kept workplace is also enjoyable
We look forward to this profile
- Completed vocational training in retail EFZ (Polynatura training an advantage)
- Further training or experience in logistics and manual skills
- Customer-oriented, friendly and confident appearance
- Independent working style, resilient and flexible regarding work assignments
- Communicative, motivated & a team player
- Driving licence category B / forklift licence an advantage
- Good PC skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (including Swiss German)
