Your Tasks

You lead and promote a team of around 30 employees professionally and personally and set accents
You ensure an optimal operational process and the care process in everyday life.
You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
You contribute to continuous improvement and development and ensure high resident satisfaction.
You are a member of the management team and have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development of our residence.

What You Bring

You are eager for a new adventure, clever, inspiring, and engaging
You have already led a team or are confident to do so.
You work independently and can organize yourself well.
Dealing with other people is close to your heart
You have experience in long-term care or in the home care sector and possess RAI knowledge
You think and act economically
You have completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist HF
