Your apprenticeship at WWZ

As a Commercial Clerk EFZ, you are the hub between customers, employees and various specialist departments at WWZ. You organise, communicate, handle enquiries and learn how a modern company operates.

During your training, you will gain exciting insights into different commercial areas. You work with modern digital tools, take on responsibility and can contribute your strengths and ideas. You will be supported personally and professionally and develop step by step into an independent professional.

What to expect

• Varied tasks: You handle enquiries, create documents and presentations, coordinate appointments and support various administrative tasks.
• Customers and communication: You have contact with customers as well as internal and external partners. You will learn to communicate professionally and solution-oriented.
• Insights into different areas: You will get to know various commercial activities - for example in customer service at reception, in finance and accounting, in human resources or other specialist departments.
• Taking responsibility: You will work increasingly independently, take on your own tasks and actively contribute to the team.
