WHAT YOU CAN MOVE
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 and, where relevant, DMN and CMMN. - Design, configure and develop workflows on Flowable, Camunda or similar BPM platforms.
- Implement process logic, forms, business rules, service tasks and integrations.
Integrate BPM solutions with existing applications and IT landscapes using REST APIs and other web services. - Work with relational databases and SQL to support process-related data requirements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, architects and development teams. - Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable and scalable technical solutions.
- Write readable, testable and maintainable code, following clean-code principles.
- Contribute to testing, deployment, documentation and the ongoing support of automation solutions.
- Participate in Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with developments in BPM, workflow automation, hyperautomation and related technologies.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Good practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0; experience with DMN or CMMN is an advantage.
- Experience with process analysis, workflow modeling and the implementation of automated business processes.
- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and experience working with JSON and/or XML.
- Practical experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Git or another version-control system.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional training and experience.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English
- An agile mindset, strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with confidence when interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and motivated to learn and develop in a growing Business Automation team.
Nice to have
- 2 years of professional experience in BPM, workflow automation, software engineering, business analysis or a comparable field.
- Experience developing with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Flowable, Camunda, Appian, Appway, IBM Business Automation Workflow, UiPath or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and modern web technologies.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
- Interest in hyperautomation, AI-supported process automation or agentic automation.
- Relevant certifications in Flowable, Camunda or another BPM platform.
