The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

Your qualification:

Completed training or a qualification recognised as equivalent by the SRK as

• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH
• Health Specialist EFZ
• Health and Social Assistant EBA
• SRK Nursing Assistant

This is how you support us:

• Individual, targeted, and rehabilitative care and support of residents with dementia as well as those requiring light to intensive care according to care planning
• Supporting the nursing staff in their tasks
• Maintaining and updating care documentation
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance according to RAI
• Collaboration with internal and external service providers
