The opportunity
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products, is a global leader in power transmission and distribution. The Service Business Unit ensures worldwide after-sales support for GCB and GIS systems. You will join a collaborative team driving growth and operational excellence. You support a Business Project Manager across impactful internal initiatives. As an intern or a working student you gain insights across the full service value chain and take ownership of selected projects under guidance. The duration is 6 - 12 months.
How you’ll make an impact

Support execution of internal projects across the service value chain

Collaborate with stakeholders from different functions and regions

Contribute to initiatives improving efficiency and collaboration

Prepare and structure project documentation and presentations

Track progress and ensure transparent communication across teams

Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation

Take ownership of smaller projects under supervision

Support coordination and alignment within the project environment
Your background

Enrolled Student (Bachelor or Master) or Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineer, Business Management, or related field

Strong interest in project management and collaboration

Basic technical or IT understanding

Analytical mindset and structured way of working

Proactive communication style and problem solving attitude

Strong MS Office skills and fluency in English and German
