With our international growth, the demands for transparency, financial control and scalable finance structures are increasing.
As a Controlling Manager, you create transparency across markets, companies and business areas, analyse performance and continuously develop reporting and KPI structures.
In doing so, you work closely with Accounting, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain and connect numbers with decisions to actively support sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes and create financial transparency across markets, companies and intercompany structures.
- You analyse business performance, further develop reporting and KPI structures and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You support the establishment of intercompany and transfer pricing structures and ensure consistency and quality of financial data together with Accounting.
- You contribute to the further development of the Internal Control System (ICS) and work closely with departments such as Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.
- You actively drive finance projects, process optimisations and automation topics forward.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in finance, business administration or a comparable field.
- You bring 2-5 years of experience in controlling, finance or a comparable analytical role.
- You work analytically, data-driven and have a strong sense for numbers and contexts.
- You have experience with reporting, budgeting and financial analyses.
- You are confident in using Excel.
- You work in a structured, proactive and solution-oriented manner.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working across departments.
- You have good English skills (German is a plus).
- You have experience with ERP systems and ideally with BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
- You have initial experience with intercompany structures or transfer pricing.
- You have already automated finance or reporting processes.
- You bring initial knowledge in Python, SQL or similar tools.
- You have experience with data or reporting solutions in scaling environments.
