Production Team Leader 100%

We are looking from 01.01.2027 for a committed team leader who accompanies people with disabilities with warmth, helpfulness and organisational talent. Our production focuses are: reconditioning of pans, assembly in the electrical sector, filling a wood care product and external assignments with a team directly on site at the customer.

• You accompany and promote people with disabilities in the work process and support them in their professional and personal development.
• You plan, coordinate and monitor customer orders and ensure qualitative as well as quantitative requirements.
• You ensure optimal process design and are responsible for the timely implementation of orders.
• You are responsible for compliance with occupational safety and ensuring high quality standards.
• You maintain contact with clients, relatives, key persons and customers.
• You engage in external assignments and take on administrative tasks within your role.

• Because you have completed a technical or manual apprenticeship EFZ.
• Because you have further training in the field of work pedagogy or social pedagogy.
• Because you like to take on administrative tasks, write reports professionally and document work instructions for employees clearly and comprehensibly.
• Because you enjoy working with people with different needs and want to promote their development.
• Because you like to take responsibility and are characterised by high social competence, teamwork and independence.
• Because you value quality, occupational safety and a structured way of working.
• Because you have good MS Office user skills.
• Because you have very good German skills (C1 or higher).
