Job Description

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Carry out the nutritional assessment of patients upon admission within the required timeframe
• Ensure personalised dietary follow-up according to identified needs
• Evaluate nutritional status and make an appropriate diagnosis
• Determine nutritional needs and adapt care plans
• Implement nutritional interventions (oral, enteral or parenteral feeding)
• Adapt dietary recommendations according to the pathology and patient preferences
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional care
• Ensure traceability in patient records

Qualifications

• Holder of a dietitian diploma ES or HES
• Experience in individual consultation, ideally in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Experience or strong interest in nutritional care of the elderly (multiple pathologies, malnutrition)
• Good command of French, both spoken and written, and ease with common IT tools
• Strong interest in working within an interdisciplinary team
• Sense of responsibility, organisation and prioritisation
• Dynamic, committed and flexible personality, with a patient-oriented approach
