In this position, you take responsibility for complex integral FM tenders – from solution development to successful contract conclusion – and advise clients on strategic issues. With your combination of analytical, consulting and negotiation skills, you make a direct contribution to the further development of our service portfolio as well as to the growth of ISS Switzerland.

What to expect

• Overall responsibility for demanding tender projects – from needs analysis through service and solution design, offer preparation and presentation to successful contract conclusion
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as ensuring high-quality, timely and competitive offer preparation
• Preparation of convincing presentation materials and active participation in decision-making bodies and client presentations
• Professional advice to internal and external decision-makers on service concepts, operating models as well as commercial and strategic issues
• Development and coordination of contract bases, management of projects throughout the entire CRM process

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in a consulting-related role, ideally in the field of real estate, facility management or business services
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects or tenders as well as professional handling of stakeholders at management and decision-making levels
• Strong analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking with high problem-solving skills and affinity for digital tools and processes
• Clear sales and closing orientation with strong commercial understanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident appearance and negotiation skills
• Independent, responsible and result-oriented working style as well as high team orientation
• University degree (University/FH) in FM, business, finance or equivalent qualification
• German as mother tongue and very good English skills, spoken and written
