As part of a succession arrangement in the grinding department, we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- Technical and personnel management of our grinding department
- Detailed planning of processing orders
- Procurement of tools and fixtures
- Ensuring the availability of our grinding machine park
- Support and instruction at the CNC grinding machines
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or machine mechanic with further training as a master mechanic
- Several years of practical experience in precision machining (cylindrical and surface grinding) required
- Leadership experience
- Independent and precise working method
- Team player and committed
