The Office for Commercial Register and Notaries maintains a public register in the area of the commercial register and acts as a notary for certifications in commercial register matters, matrimonial property, and inheritance law. Furthermore, the notary office is active in the field of administrative inheritance law and is responsible for inheritance security measures as well as official inheritance divisions.
