Your tasks
- In your role, you create pleasant first contacts with patients (m/f/d) and their relatives and ensure professional and empathetic care.
- You take over interface management for internal and external contacts and are responsible for digital admission management
- Furthermore, you organise and coordinate outpatient operations, appointment management and control patient occupancy (m/f/d)
- You assist with diagnostic activities, including blood sampling, drug screenings and recording vital parameters
- In addition, you are responsible for service recording, statistics and billing, thus actively contributing to quality assurance and smooth operation of the emergency outpatient clinic
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
- A respectful attitude towards patients (m/f/d) and their relatives is a matter of course for you
- You are an organisational talent and characterised by a structured and well-organised way of working. At the same time, you bring a high degree of flexibility, resilience and teamwork skills
- Experience in psychiatric care is not required – we will gladly teach you this
