Your contribution to our team

You independently lead and manage diverse projects in spatial development and planning, primarily for cities and municipalities. Your tasks include the development of inter-municipal and municipal spatial and urban development concepts, master plans, as well as usage and special usage planning. You engage with current topics such as inner development, housing development, climate adaptation, and landscape and open space development. You design planning and participation processes – depending on the project – with creativity and sensitivity to effectively incorporate different perspectives into the planning.

Your competencies

You have several years of professional experience in spatial development and planning, preferably at the city and municipality level, and have appropriate professional training.
As an initiative and communicative personality with a convincing presence, you enjoy customer contact and project acquisition.
You have experience in managing and/or leading demanding projects and are interested in challenging tasks in an interdisciplinary environment.
You can articulate complex issues clearly and appropriately in both spoken and written communication.
With your understanding of spatial processes, your political flair, and your knowledge of current issues in spatial development, you want to contribute to the market development of our business area.
You are interested in related topics such as cantonal and regional planning, site development, as well as transport, energy, and environmental planning, and enjoy working interdisciplinary, ideally with initial experience in these areas.
