Consultant for pebeFINANCE and pebe Live (accounting software) 40 - 60 %

pebe AG, based in Frauenfeld (TG), is a renowned software company for trustees, financial service providers and consulting firms. By arrangement, we are looking for a consultant 40 - 60 % for pebeFINANCE and pebe Live.

Your challenge:

• Telephone customer support regarding our software applications
• Consulting and supporting our users (mostly trustees)
• Creating requests for our product management
• Testing new features of our software applications
• Updating documentation, manuals, etc.
• Monitoring and direct handling of online enquiries pebe Live (chat)

Your skills:

• You have a commercial or business school qualification
• You have a strong interest in accounting and IT
• You have a friendly manner and appreciate dealing with customers on the phone
• You work independently, systematically and efficiently
