Then we are looking for exactly you as a Building Services Technician HVACSE (m/f/d)!

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the supervision, maintenance, inspection and servicing of HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
• Analysis of defects, faults & deviations
• Coordination of necessary external repairs
• New installations of supply and exhaust air systems
• Evaluation of optimisations and/or new acquisitions
• Documentation of the work performed
• Participation in other projects & tasks in the building maintenance area
• Support for the Maintenance & Facility team during peak workloads

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in ventilation/building services engineering, building services or a comparable profession
• Alternatively, training as a caretaker with corresponding technical experience in the HVACSE area
• Professional experience in maintenance and servicing of ventilation and technical building systems
• Very good German mandatory, English an advantage
• Driving licence category B
• Authorization to operate lifting platforms an advantage
