As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced and qualified electrician site manager, capable of managing their sites with autonomy, rigour and commitment.

Your tasks

In direct collaboration with our project managers, you will be responsible for organising and ensuring the proper execution of the work on the sites entrusted to you.

Organisation and management of works

* Prepare, organise and supervise electrical installations, from the start of the site to its handover.
* Analyse plans, electrical diagrams and technical files to anticipate needs and execution difficulties.
* Plan interventions and allocate tasks according to the skills of collaborators and agreed deadlines.
* Anticipate needs for materials, tools and personnel to ensure continuity of work.
* Monitor supplies, deliveries and proper use of materials.
* Participate in work and connections when site needs require it.

Supervision and coordination

* Supervise installers, fitters, assistants and apprentices present on your sites.
* Give clear instructions, support teams and control the quality of work performed.
* Participate in site meetings and coordinate interventions with other trades.
* Represent Electra professionally to site contacts.
* Maintain regular communication with the project manager on progress, priorities and difficulties encountered.

Technical and administrative follow-up

* Ensure compliance with plans, technical specifications, NIBT and safety instructions.
* Track hours, productivity and progress of work against set objectives.
* Identify modifications and additional work, document them and submit to the project manager for validation.
* Prepare site reports, surveys, measurements and work orders.
* Use Winprogitel or Volta for work tracking according to company organisation.
* Keep plans and necessary information for the site completion file up to date.
* Prepare installations for testing, inspections and commissioning, then follow up on any reservations.

Your profile

* Mandatory CFC as an electrician installer.
* Required site manager diploma in electrical installations.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an electrician site manager.
* Proficiency in Winprogitel or Volta.
* Strong knowledge of NIBT and Swiss professional practices.
* Proven experience in team management and site coordination.
* Very good skills in reading plans and electrical diagrams.
* Comfortable with IT tools and site tracking documents.
* Ability to anticipate problems, propose solutions and manage priorities.
* Organisational skills, autonomy, reliability and quality standards.
* Leadership, team spirit and professional communication.
* Good command of French, both spoken and written.
* Category B driving licence.
