For Hustech Installations AG at the Rapperswil-Jona location, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual as a Site Supervising Electrician EFZ to support our team with expertise and enthusiasm. You can expect varied and interesting projects.

Your tasks:

• Independent management and organisation of your construction sites
• Leadership, motivation, and coordination of your team
• Ensuring timely implementation and optimal workflows
• Point of contact for clients, architects, and site managers
• Coordination of material disposition and efficient planning of staff deployment
• Active participation on site and leading by example

Your profile:

• A completed apprenticeship as an Electrician EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Specific further training or courses for optimal task fulfilment are an advantage
• A clean, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Strong communication skills and pronounced team spirit
• Resilience, flexibility, and initiative
• Commitment and willingness to exceed expectations
• Strong customer orientation as well as confident, polished appearance
