We are now looking for you:

A strong personality with solid expertise in the painting trade, who masters high-quality painting work at top level, actively contributes operationally and takes responsibility for our painting department as a specialist.

You contribute your know-how from planning to the finished surface, develop technical solutions and work closely with the construction management and other trade supervisors.

Knowledge in plastering is an advantage and complements your professional profile.

Your role – Specialist with responsibility

You are not just part of the team – you are our specialist for all painting work and are responsible for the professional execution of your trade.

From the first idea to the finished surface, you are involved: You actively work on site, contribute your expertise to project planning, develop technical solutions and are responsible for purchasing in your area.

Together with a small team, you implement demanding painting work and ensure that quality, deadlines and costs are met.

You work closely with the construction management and other trade supervisors to ensure holistic solutions and perfectly coordinated workflows.

In short: You are the specialist for your area and ensure that high standards become perfect surfaces.

Your scope of work

Operational – you stay hands-on

• High-quality painting work on demanding construction sites
• Professional filling and surface preparation (Q2–Q4)
• Painting, wallpapering and varnishing work indoors and outdoors
• Demanding renovations, new builds and high-quality detail work
• Execution of decorative surface techniques and special coatings
• Ensuring flawless execution down to the smallest detail

Specialist – your know-how is in demand

• Professional responsibility for all painting work within our projects
• Active participation in project planning and early integration of your expertise
• Development of technical solutions and clarification of demanding execution details
• Professional advice to construction management, architects and other trade supervisors
• Support with tenders, offers and calculations
• Selection of suitable materials, coating systems and processing techniques
• Development and optimisation of workflows and execution methods
• Ensuring the highest quality standards in all painting work

Purchasing & responsibility – you have a say

• Independent purchasing of paints, coatings, materials and tools
• Supplier selection, price negotiations and material planning
• Cost awareness and shared responsibility for budget compliance
• Optimisation of material use, cost-effectiveness and workflows
• Close coordination with construction management and other trade supervisors

Leadership & collaboration – together for the best result

• Professional and organisational leadership of a small painting team
• Active participation on site and support of your employees
• Independent organisation of painting work, workflows and resources
• Close cooperation with other trade supervisors and construction management
• Coordination of interfaces between different trades
• Ensuring quality, efficiency and deadlines
• Promotion of constructive, solution-oriented and cross-trade collaboration

Your profile

• Completed training as a Painter EFZ or an equivalent qualification with many years of professional experience
• Professional or higher vocational examination in the painting trade is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the painting trade, ideally in high-quality interior finishing
• Solid knowledge in surface preparation as well as demanding painting and coating techniques
• Additional expertise and practical experience in plastering are an advantage
• Experience in project planning, calculation or purchasing is an advantage
• Enjoy developing technical solutions and actively contributing your expertise to projects
• Experience in leading a small team or willingness to take on this responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of quality, costs and deadlines
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration with other trades
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence category B is mandatory, category BE is an advantage
