For our location in Zug, we are looking for an efficient and precise Legal Assistant 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Together with other assistants, you are responsible for the comprehensive support of the entire Zug team (partners as well as lawyers) in all administrative matters.
- You independently prepare correspondence, presentations, and invoices in German and English and assist with notarizations.
- You maintain regular contact with clients and authorities, organize meetings and travel, and ensure their smooth management.
Your qualifications
- You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification and bring professional experience in the field of law or a similar industry.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have native-level German as well as very good English skills (Advanced Level).
- You enjoy working in a team, present yourself friendly and professionally to clients and colleagues, and remain calm and humorous even in hectic times. Your helpfulness, flexibility, and pronounced hands-on mentality complete your profile.
