Certified Specialist in Surgical Technology HF / TOA / OTA (60%)

Type of Work

• Instrument handling and assistance during outpatient and inpatient ophthalmic procedures
• Proper preparation and follow-up of operating theatres and medical-technical equipment
• Ensuring material availability for scheduled operations
• Carrying out surgical documentation and electronic performance recording
• Co-responsibility for smooth operation in the OR area
• Ensuring professional and patient-oriented care
• Participation in the development of standards, processes, and workflows
• Support in the preparation of instruments and medical products in compliance with all hygiene and quality guidelines

Requirements Profile

• Training as a Certified Specialist in Surgical Technology HF or TOA/OTA
• Experience in the operating theatre area
• Knowledge of ophthalmology is an advantage but not mandatory
• Training as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant STE I is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• High sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Flexibility and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
