Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the Medical Massage team with two employees
• Supervision of your team as well as responsibility for the continuous professional development of your employees
• Care of inpatient and outpatient patients from the fields of orthopaedics and rheumatology in close cooperation with doctors and other medical departments
• Active participation and involvement in in-house training, lectures and workshops
• Organisation of reporting in cooperation with other specialist groups and the doctors of the clinic
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical departments of the clinic
• Responsibility for correct documentation, administration and service recording in your specialist area
• Ensuring quality assurance and quality control

Profile

• Completed training as a medical masseur/masseuse EFA
• Ideally professional experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation as well as further training in Boeger therapy
• Recognitions regarding billing of complementary medicine services via supplementary insurances (EMR / ASCA)
• At least 3 years of professional experience within the field of Medical Massage
• You enjoy taking responsibility for a specialist area and leading a small team, leadership experience is an advantage.
• You are organised, structured and interested in further developing the specialist area.
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office as well as other ERP systems.
