These tasks will inspire you

• Responsibility for the financial day-to-day business of individual companies
• Responsibility for correct and timely financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting including dunning and debt collection
• Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations and SWISS GAAP FER including reporting
• Responsibility for VAT returns and tax declarations
• Implementation and further development of controlling
• Preparation of key figures, analyses and business management evaluations
• Active participation in budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning processes
• Professional responsibility for the financial integration of new companies
• Project management or sub-project management in digitisation and optimisation projects in the finance area
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders

We look forward to this profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting, fiduciary services or business administration studies (FH/Uni)
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary environment or finance & accounting
• Interest and experience in controlling and business analyses
• Sound knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to SWISS GAAP FER and Swiss Code of Obligations
• Proficient handling of ERP systems and very good Excel skills
• Precise, independent and reliable working style
• Team-oriented and committed personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• High service orientation as well as confident appearance towards various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland
