Your tasks

• You lead and develop a team of 12 specialists in debt collection in the contributions area.
• You take on the professional responsibility for your team and ensure efficient and high-quality task completion.
• You support the contributions department management and actively participate in projects.
• You ensure the correct execution of AHV-legal debt collection as well as the legally compliant application of the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG).
• You advise and support our customers competently and solution-oriented.
• You work closely with employers, customers, authorities, offices and internal specialist departments.

Your skills

• You have several years of professional experience in debt collection or finance, knowledge in social insurance is an advantage.
• You bring leadership experience and know how to promote, motivate and successfully lead your team.
• You think in networks, act responsibly and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You communicate appropriately for the audience, have negotiation skills and convince with your confident appearance.
• You treat people with appreciation, empathy and a high service orientation.
• You are open to change, contribute your own ideas and actively shape developments.
