Customer Advisor for AHV Pension Benefits (80%-100%)
Our customers are well advised with you.
Those approaching retirement age hope for a good pension – and often have many questions. No one provides more competent and friendly information than perhaps soon you.
As an AHV expert, you calculate and manage old-age pensions as well as pensions for children, survivors, and orphans. You ensure that the requirements are met and that pensions are paid out on time. You keep an overview of the active files and take the right steps when changes occur. When divorced persons submit splitting requests, you carry out the necessary clarifications and allocate the income according to legal requirements. And when you are really well versed professionally, you take on a variety of area-expanding tasks such as pension accounting, quality controls, or participation in projects, if desired.
Despite all your expertise, you always act and communicate with empathy, because you know that your numbers and tables have an impact on the everyday situation of your customers.
Full-time or part-time, but fully committed.
For this demanding role, you bring a commercial education, profile M or E, or a comparable business school qualification. You can particularly impress us with a professional certificate in social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in a complex administrative role will make it much easier for you to start with us.
