Your tasks
You take on the daily responsibility and ensure optimal advice, treatment and
care of our clients in their homes. You clarify the need for interRAI HC, carry out medically prescribed measures, advise relatives and document the
care process. You check care goals and continuously adapt the measures to the changed conditions.
Your profile
You are an initiative professional accustomed to working independently and gladly take on
responsibility. You enjoy your profession and dealing with people.
You have the appropriate professional diploma, work experience as well as high professional and
social competence. You hold a category B driving licence and, if possible, your own
car.
