About the job
Your Tasks
- You ensure the socio-pedagogical and agogic-oriented support and assistance of adults with various forms of disabilities and challenging behaviour
- You support us in developing new concepts for participation at the interface between psychiatry and disability assistance
- Through independent case management, you make well-founded decisions and carefully document the main topics of the users
- You take responsibility and specifically promote, activate and accompany our users according to their individual abilities
Your Profile
- You have a completed degree in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF or an equivalent qualification
- You have a particular interest in people with challenging behaviours
- You are a team player and work resource-oriented
- You adapt to new situations and do not lose overview even in difficult moments
