Managing Director
You are responsible for the management, results, and further development of Convia Bau AG. Together with your management team, you develop the organisation and ensure clear responsibilities as well as binding collaboration. You maintain and expand relationships with clients, authorities, and planners, secure the company’s market position, and assess business opportunities and project risks. You bring your construction expertise to demanding projects. You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and
practical experience in road and civil engineering
. You have a higher technical construction education or a comparable qualification as well as sound business management knowledge. Several years of practical experience in Swiss road and civil engineering as well as proven leadership and result responsibility are prerequisites. Experienced managing directors as well as division or branch managers who can independently take over overall management after targeted familiarisation are addressed. You decide clearly, lead consistently and fairly, and act pragmatically. Look forward to an entrepreneurial role with great scope for design.
