As Team Leader Customer Team Accident, you will strengthen the Claims business area in Personal Insurance Benefits at Zurich Switzerland at the Kriens location and make an important contribution to our shared success. You lead a team of around 12 claims specialists in the UVG/UVGZ area and promote your employees both professionally and personally. Together with the specialists and the management team of the German-speaking Switzerland region, you develop collaboration and working methods further and ensure customer-oriented and efficient service delivery.

What to expect

• You lead a team of around 12 claims specialists in the UVG/UVGZ area and promote their professional and personal development.
• You are responsible for the personnel process from recruitment and onboarding to appraisal and development discussions.
• You work closely with the specialists of your team and the management team of the German-speaking Switzerland region.
• You maintain exchange with internal and external partners and jointly develop suitable solutions for our customers.
• You continuously develop your area and actively shape changes and innovations.
  
  

What distinguishes you

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and solid experience in claims handling in the accident area.
• Experience in leading and developing employees or demonstrable experience in a comparable professional leadership role.
• Understanding of technical and digital developments as well as confident handling of IT topics.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as clear and appreciative communication.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with the ability to set priorities even in demanding situations.
