Your Profile

• You are a trained foot/insole specialist or retail specialist, preferably in the sports goods sector and with manual skills
• You have a good feel for shapes and materials and are open to new digital technologies
• You enjoy daily customer contact
• You remain calm in hectic times and set clear priorities
• You are a team player with enthusiasm and contribute to a good working atmosphere

The Position

• From analysis through advice to production – all from your hand
• You manufacture custom and sports insoles and carry out adjustments to insoles and shoes according to medical prescription
• You have access to the most modern work equipment
• You assess customer needs and conduct gait analyses and foot pressure measurements
• You rely on medical prescriptions and coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists
