Ventilation Building Services Planner (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000This ROCKEN partner is a medium-sized company in building services planning. They support their clients with sustainable projects and assist from strategic planning through to operation.
Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a Building Services Planner Ventilation / HVAC for the planning and realisation of demanding building services projects in the Schaffhausen region. You will work on projects across various SIA phases, size ventilation systems and create precise 3D plans with Autodesk Revit / MEP. Your focus areas include calculating air volumes and pressure losses, designing technical components, as well as tendering and approval procedures. The position combines classic HVAC planning with modern BIM and Revit processes.
Responsibilities:
Handling building services projects in the area of ventilation / HVAC across the relevant SIA phases
Creating preliminary, construction, tender, execution and detailed plans
Modelling and planning building services systems with Autodesk Revit / MEP
Performing technical calculations for air volumes, pressure losses and duct networks
Sizing and designing ventilation systems, devices, fittings and components
Developing and optimising ventilation and indoor climate concepts considering energy efficiency and comfort
Preparing tenders, specifications and functional tenders
Drafting and submitting technical applications and approval documents
Coordinating planning with architecture, electrical, heating, cooling, sanitary and other disciplines
Participating in project, planning and coordination meetings
Supporting the construction management with technical queries, execution controls and plan adjustments
Accompanying commissioning, acceptance and documentation of the planned systems
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as Building Services Planner Ventilation EFZ or comparable field
Further education as Technician HF Building Services or comparable higher professional qualification advantageous
Expertise in ventilation technology, air volume and pressure loss calculation, and system sizing
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services standards
Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit / MEP; AutoCAD skills advantageous
Confident use of Microsoft 365 / MS Office
Good German language skills, spoken and written
