Your area of impact
- Lead strategically relevant and cross-departmental projects from initiation to successful completion
- Actively develop project management standards, methods, and processes in the area
- Build and evaluate project metrics, dashboards, and reports to control progress, costs, and quality
- Structure project goals, work packages, milestones, resources, and responsibilities
- Manage deadlines, costs, quality, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate interdisciplinary and international project teams
- Ensure clear communication between departments, management, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and moderate project, decision, and steering meetings
- Early identification of risks, goal conflicts, and need for action as well as initiation of appropriate measures
- Ensure transparent decision bases and target-group-appropriate reporting
- Support the Head of Product Management and the project teams
Your profile
- Completed advanced training (e.g. NDS, HF) in business administration, project management, or CAS Project Portfolio Management, Business Analysis or comparable
- Certification in project management (IPMA, PMI or HERMES) advantageous
- Good experience in stakeholder management and interdisciplinary teams
- Confident handling of project management tools (e.g. ASANA, Salesforce, MS Project)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
- Fluent English in spoken and written form (at least level B2, ideally C1)
- 3 years of experience managing complex projects
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong affinity for numbers; experience in creating business cases as well as working with dashboards, KPI evaluations, and data analyses
- Confidence in dealing with different stakeholders across all hierarchy levels and cultures
- Ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams without disciplinary leadership responsibility
- High team orientation, binding and transparent communication
