The Räbli Safnern School is situated in an elevated location with a wonderful view of the Alps. Around 180 children from kindergarten to sixth grade are taught at the school. Tasks
For our primary school, we are looking for a committed and responsible swimming instructor for swimming lessons every Monday at the Orpund indoor pool.
Accompanying the pupils from the classroom in Safnern to the Orpund indoor pool and back, together with an accompanying person.
Planning and conducting varied and age-appropriate swimming lessons.
Individual support of swimming skills and water safety.
Ensuring safety and supervision duties during swimming lessons as well as on the way to and from the pool.
Collaboration with teachers, the accompanying person, and the school management.
Requirements
Teaching diploma for primary level or equivalent qualification for swimming instruction.
Valid SLRG certificate (Basic Pool or Plus Pool, depending on the pool's requirements).
Valid BLS-AED training.
Experience in swimming instruction with primary school children.
Responsible, independent, and reliable working style.
Enjoyment in working with children.
