To support the Datacentre team in the Zurich region, we are now looking for you as our Cost Manager (w/m/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon . In this role, you will be actively involved in our various datacentre projects.
Implenia has extensive experience in the construction of datacentres. These projects are characterised by high demands on quality, safety and costs, which Implenia meets thanks to its specialised teams and innovative construction processes. Through the continuous realisation of similar projects, Implenia deepens its expertise and offers its clients excellence in planning and execution.

What you will do

• You create cost estimates (ROM and detailed), develop cost benchmarks and support budget planning and forecasts
• You carry out quantity take-offs (QTO), check them and document relevant changes based on plans and BIM models
• You monitor project costs, prepare reports, forecasts and analyses and identify cost deviations early
• You actively support change management and commercially assess changes, claims and offers
• You conduct cost analyses and benchmarkings, identify risks and savings potentials and support negotiations

Why you will succeed

• You have a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in cost management, project controlling, costing or quantity surveying
• You have sound knowledge in cost calculation, quantity take-off and project controlling
• You work analytically, structured and independently and are characterised by a strong affinity for numbers
• You convince through communication skills, assertiveness and a confident manner in dealing with different stakeholders
