Your future areas of responsibility

• Operating and setting up pad printing machines for printing dials and other watch components
• Monitoring the production process and performing quality controls
• Adhering to quality standards according to applicable guidelines
• Ensuring cleaning and maintenance work on production equipment
• Participating in the induction and training of new employees

Your skills and competencies

• Completed training as a machine operator, printing technologist or comparable technical education
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment
• Good knowledge of handling colours, varnishes and solvents
• High quality awareness as well as careful and precise working methods
• Team-oriented, reliable and independent personality
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation) 

Languages

• You have very good German skills, French is an advantage
