Housekeeping and Care Staff 50-80% (a)

Are you looking for a meaningful role where you enable people to live independently in their own homes for longer? 

• You ensure that our clients feel comfortable at home and can live independently in their familiar environment for a long time. The main part of your work is household management (maintenance cleaning/weekly cleaning). This includes cleaning living areas and bathrooms, laundry care, tidying up as well as occasionally simple tasks such as watering plants or caring for pets.
• Additionally, you sometimes accompany our clients in daily life, for example through personal conversations or by supporting them in various small activities.
• You work in different households and treat the various living and housing situations of our clients with respect and openness.
• You document your services provided and observations electronically in our system Perigon - simply and clearly.

• Professional experience in the service sector (e.g. housekeeping, gastronomy) or completed training in this field
• German language skills (at least level B2) as well as the ability to understand Swiss German
• Completed course in housekeeping and care or basic course as a home helper is an advantage
• Service orientation as well as reliability, independence and flexibility
• Basic knowledge in handling electronic devices and willingness to further develop these

• Family-friendly employment conditions with working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00
