Gardener – Garden and Landscape Construction with a Focus on Cemetery Maintenance

Activities

Care and maintenance of cemetery grounds and public green spaces to promote an attractive cityscape
Carrying out planting, sowing, maintenance, and pruning work with appropriate plant use
Performing tree pruning and maintenance measures as well as supporting the development of the tree population
Maintenance, repair, and cleaning of machines, tools, and infrastructure
Professional operation and handling of machines and tools including training of apprentices

Requirements

Completed training as a landscape gardener with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
Solid practical experience in the maintenance of public green spaces and cemetery care
Experience in tree care and comprehensive plant knowledge
Confident handling of various machines and equipment
Team-oriented, responsible, and service-minded with a category B driving licence
