Test Assistant 40%The biz Oerlikon is a cantonal competence center for career, study, and career counseling. For the diagnostic assessments within biz Oerlikon as well as for other tasks of the Diagnostics Department, we are looking for two test assistants for 12 months starting August 1, 2026.
Your tasks:
As a test assistant, you will work in a four-person team, advise and support career, study, and career counselors in the application of test procedures, conduct tests, and evaluate them. You will participate in projects of the Diagnostics Department and get to know a wide range of test procedures such as performance, personality, and interest tests as well as work materials. You will also be involved in other areas of our biz. In addition, you will gain insight into counseling activities and may conduct initial counseling sessions yourself under supervision.
Your profile:
You are enrolled in a master's program in psychology (mandatory) and are interested in career, study, and career counseling as well as test diagnostics. You are looking for an opportunity to apply and deepen your expertise in these areas. You are an open and communicative person, reliable, flexible, work independently, and appreciate working in a small team.
