• You participate in the strategic planning of marketing measures in the sales region and implement them accordingly
• You support the field sales team both online and offline in the introduction, training and orchestration of marketing services
• You plan and implement regional sponsorship and event projects
• You coordinate national marketing campaigns in the region
• Through your advice to agents, consistent branding is ensured via physical and digital appearances at the agencies
• You also enjoy administrative tasks and are an open and communicative personality

• Customer-oriented work and entrepreneurial, independent thinking are no problem for you as an initiative and dynamic personality
• As a marketing all-rounder, you have experience in service marketing, event management, social media and online marketing with a flair for digital services and tools
• You have a degree from a university of applied sciences (specialising in marketing) or have further training in marketing (at least marketing specialist with a federal certificate)
• Fluent German is essential; French and English skills are an advantage
• You hold a category B driving licence
