Your new job
- low-threshold and effective situation assessment of people in challenging life situations
- checking subsidiary claims against social insurances and other support options
- calculating and applying for entitlement to financial assistance
- applying cantonal legal requirements
- advising and accompanying clients
- involving professionals, authorities and institutions in case management
Your qualification
- solution- and resource-oriented personality
- training in social work or related fields with knowledge in social insurance
- authentic and convincing appearance towards clients, authorities and partners
- confident written expression in the official language
- foreign language skills advantageous
- careful and reliable working method
