Sales Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring company performance by analysing margins achieved per product/customer/sales channel
- Analysing actual results and comparing them with targets and previous performances
- Close collaboration with involved parties to improve company profitability
- Preparing budgets/forecasts for sales and contribution margin in cooperation with sales and production teams
- Business partner to sales teams, focusing on improvement potentials
- Structuring and monitoring KPI reports and collaborating with involved parties
- Creating and monitoring action plans to enhance company performance
- Managing the pricing process for new projects together with sales and production teams
- Tracking the financial status of ongoing projects and taking necessary measures to identify potential improvements
- Coordinating data flow from sales and production functions to accurately calculate overall product profitability
- Publishing and commenting on daily/monthly sales reports
Qualifications:
- Business management education at FH or university/HF level in finance and/or controlling
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Enjoyment of analyses and preparing presentations
- Very good MS Office skills as well as good SAP knowledge
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
