Senior Client Advisor Institutional Clients and Potential Member of the Executive Board (100%)

Your tasks

• You manage demanding institutional clients, especially pension funds, foundations (experience with BVV2 mandates is an essential requirement)
• In direct exchange with foundation boards, investment committees, managements, and investment consultants, you lead and develop client relationships
• Selected wealthy private clients and entrepreneurs also belong to your client portfolio
• You gradually take over existing client relationships with the aim of growing into them in the long term
• You competently and convincingly represent our investment philosophy to clients and external partners
• You work closely with our portfolio management and the executive board
• You represent our well-positioned brand externally
• You take on additional leadership and departmental responsibilities within the executive board in the medium term
• Bringing your own clients or assets is not a prerequisite

Your profile

• More than 10 years of practical experience with proven success in servicing and managing institutional asset management mandates in a FINMA-licenced function
• Solid practical experience with Swiss pension funds and BVV2 mandates
• Several years of leadership experience. You enjoy developing employees, taking responsibility, and helping shape entrepreneurial decisions
• Very good understanding of capital markets as well as equities and bonds
• Experience in dealing with institutional investment consultants is an advantage
• Solid financial education at university or university of applied sciences level; CFA or comparable further education is an advantage
• You are a quality-conscious, loyal, and analytically strong personality
• You impress with a confident, authentic, and competent appearance
• Team-oriented work and an open communication culture are important to you
• The needs of our clients always come first for you
