Product Assurance Manager
APCO Technologies specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality mechanical and electromechanical equipment for space, energy, and industrial applications.
Fields of activity: Energy.
Your Mission:
Ensure compliance with the customer's contractual requirements throughout all project stages (design, development, "design reviews", industrialization, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, FAT and SAT).
Coordinate all Product Assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project document updates and identify risks related to changes.
Manage and update machine risk analyses according to EU regulations.
Manage project non-conformities and reserve lists.
Conduct internal audits based on customer requirements and specific quality plans.
Ensure subcontractors implement and comply with Quality Assurance requirements demanded by internal and customer standards.
Maintain excellent cooperation with customer quality managers and report project situations to the Quality Assurance Manager and project management.
Your profile:
Holder of a higher technical education, ideally an Engineer, you have strong interpersonal skills.
Your negotiation and persuasion abilities allow you to develop solid and trusting relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Operational and dynamic, you demonstrate rigor and autonomy in your duties.
You have at least 2 years of experience as a quality or product assurance engineer in the heavy industry or nuclear sector.
Be proactive and innovative.
Knowledge of ISO 19443 standard.
Knowledge of standards related to lifting equipment.
A good command of English is required for this position.
Willingness to travel to our suppliers and customers as part of your product assurance and testing tasks.
