Accounting Clerk - HVAC - 60-80% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Maintenance and updating of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Handling of payment transactions
- Dunning and receivables management
- Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Reconciliation and control of accounts
- Preparation of evaluations and reports
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training as an accounting clerk
- Initial professional experience in accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good IT skills
- Experience in master data maintenance
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in German, additional languages advantageous
