Are you interested in the exciting world of claims handling and would you like to gain valuable practical experience during your studies? Are you looking for a working student role where you actively participate in real cases and not just "tag along"?

As a Working Student Medical Claims, you support Zurich Switzerland's Claims business area in the Medical Claims team and actively contribute to the handling of medical claims cases. In this role, you work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment, review medical claim notifications, prepare documents for case processing, and manage claims with the support of our experts. You communicate with customers and counterparties. You assist your team with administrative tasks and projects. You can expect a committed team characterised by collaboration and customer focus, offering you the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.

What to expect

• You support our team in processing medical claims and ensure efficient, accurate settlement.

• You review incoming claim notifications and prepare the documents for further processing.
• You clarify open questions with our customers and counterparties, supporting smooth case handling.
• You contribute to optimising internal processes and bring in your ideas to increase efficiency.
• You take on administrative tasks and support the team with ongoing projects.

What distinguishes you

• Ongoing studies in law at a Swiss university for the entire duration of employment.
• Interest in claims handling; initial experience in a customer-oriented environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations.

• Fluent German skills; additional languages (French/Italian) are an advantage.
